 Lemon Drizzle Cake

This is a quick and easy cake to bake, it's extremely delicious with its soft sponge with a citrus lemon flavour coming through with every spoonful. I tried it out for the first time a few weeks ago and received great feedback from it, its great for a snack or even a pudding, why not give it a try?
