Easter nest cupcakes
These were a simple vanilla sponge with chocolate piped butter cream, decorated with four mini eggs. I sold these at ILOVEVintage, a vintage fair at Quex House and Gardens and they definitely went down a treat

Oreo Truffles
I recently made these to sell at ILOVEVintage, a vintage fair at Quex House and Gardens on Good Friday, they went down so well and I sold out! They're a mixture of Oreos and Cadbury Philadelphia and then decorated with milk, white and pink chocolate
Easter rocky road

Celebration cupcakes
My sister turned 21 a few weeks ago and i was asked to make her cupcakes for her celebrations so I made her these!
Vanilla flavoured sponge and butter cream icing, decorated with a chocolate star and pink sprinkles. Finally sprayed with gold glitter to make them sparkle

Lemon Drizzle Cake
This is a quick and easy cake to bake, it's extremely delicious with its soft sponge with a citrus lemon flavour coming through with every spoonful. I tried it out for the first time a few weeks ago and received great feedback from it, its great for a snack or even a pudding, why not give it a try?

Piano Cake
My cousin turned 16 last week and I was asked to make her a cake. She is very musical so I made her this piano cake, it had a light chocolate sponge, coated in chocolate icing and decorated with white and milk chocolate. The piano keys and music stand are simply made out of chocolate bars. To finish the cake I grated the left over white chocolate and sprinkled it all over
